Steps

  • Make sure it's at least 48 hours before the meeting.
  • Make sure you are current (green) on member dues at the time of the meeting.
  • Ask your proxy nominee if they will be your proxy. Get their email address.
  • Send the following email:

CC: [nominee email]
Subject: Member meeting proxy
Body:

Hi Directors,

I'd like to assign my proxy for the upcoming member meeting to [nominee name].

Thanks,
[your legal name]


Background

Sections 18, 20, 21 and 22 of our Articles of Association establish proxy voting, along with the Approved Policies/Proxy Voting policy.
