Specs
USB A/C to lightning, micro-B, micro-B3, mini-B, and C testing.
Tests for charging/data capability - continuity/shorts on power/data/ground/shield pins.
Usage
- Power the unit with either external usb-c, or a AAA battery.
- Turn on
- Plug in a cable to test on the right side (USB type A or C)
- Plug in the other end to the matching port along the bottom edge
- Examine the screen - use the Function button to cycle between wiring functions, power specs, and USB chip ID.
Eats batteries if left on the battery setting - be sure to turn 'off' / switch to usb power input or the battery will be dead for the next person.
