Approved in the April 20, 2017 members' meeting (search "Motion 17D-2" in "Master Minute Book.pdf"):

For future regular members’ meetings, items to be discussed be required to be announced at least 72 hours in advance, by being included on the prepared agenda and/or announced on the Protospace-Administration list, and that a draft of substantive motions or policies be provided in writing for circulation to the members at least 72 hours in advance. Exceptions to the advance notice may be made if a decision is required immediately to meet external deadlines.
