This page explains how to assign your proxy vote for an upcoming members meeting.
Steps
- Make sure it's at least 48 hours before the meeting.
- Make sure you are current (green) on member dues at the time of the meeting.
- Ask your proxy nominee if they will be your proxy. Get their email address. Optional: explain how you want them to vote.
- Send the following email:
To: directors@protospace.ca CC: [nominee email] Subject: Member meeting proxy Body: Hi Directors, I'd like to assign my proxy for the upcoming member meeting to [nominee name]. Thanks, [your legal name]
- Your proxy is not official until it's been confirmed received or it appears in the upcoming meeting agenda.
