The laser vent on the roof should be cleaned every ~6 months. This page documents how.

Cleaning Instructions
- Grab a wire brush from the red cabinet in the welding area, a Philips screwdriver, and a sharpie (optional).
- Go up with a spotter. Take sunglasses since the white roof is very bright.
- Jam the red Featherlite ladder under the roof access ladder outside:
- Climb onto the roof. Navigate west to the lower roof and locate the laser vent:
- Draw an alignment Sharpie line (optional), unscrew the vent cover and brush it clean:
- Screw the cover back on and go back down.
- Update this page or post on the forums that the laser vent was cleaned.
