Misc

  • Verify an assortment of laptop connections are possible/available for projector for presentations
  • Determine if we need microphone or not in presentations if so than find/hookup
  • Possibly setup a recording system for presentations if presenters allow it (will need mic for this)
  • Print schedules of workshops/talks for on walls by doors
  • Temporary Road signage
  • Talk to neighbours warn them about traffic flow on Saturday/invite them?
  • Figure out seating for upstairs/move coffee tables out temporarily and seating for work shops so we dont have people carrying chairs or are some work shops happening upstairs also?
