- Verify an assortment of laptop connections are possible/available for projector for presentations
- Determine if we need microphone or not in presentations if so than find/hookup

- Print schedules of workshops/talks for on walls by doors
- Temporary Road signage
- Talk to neighbours warn them about traffic flow on Saturday/invite them?
- Figure out seating for upstairs/move coffee tables out temporarily and seating for work shops so we dont have people carrying chairs or are some work shops happening upstairs also?
