# Projects worked on or stored in the common area, whether personal or for Protospace, require approval from the membership.

Projects to be left at the space in common areas must be approved by the membership. All approved large projects stored in common areas at Protospace must have a wiki page, the template for which automatically includes the page in this category. As well, members may choose to document their projects here, for interest or reference, even if those projects aren't using common large project storage.


New storage rules come into effect September 1, 2013. Currently there are dozens of projects unclaimed and unsponsored in the space. See brief transition list below for details:
