To disconnect the bottle and transport it, perform the following steps:
# Ensure that the gas is turned off
# Use a 27mm wrench (or equivalent) to loosen the fitting that attaches the pressure gauge to the bottle, and remove the gauge.  I found the wrench in a drawer to the multi-drawer cabinet on the west side.  It is a single ended shiny open-end wrench, with the number 27 engraved.
# Put the cap on the bottle.  It can be found in the top drawer of the TIG cart.
# Take the bottle to the commercial desk of the KMS store.
# Pay for the refill, which should be about $64, and then follow their instructions to go around to the back loading dock to pick up the tank once it is refilled.
# Email a copy of the invoice to payme@protospace.ca, identifying what it is for and the amount.  I am sure that they would like confirmation that they read the photo correctly and it matches your expectation.
