Approved in the 2021-11-18 members' meeting (search "Announcements Policy" in "20211118-meeting-minutes.pdf"):

If a Pitch makes it onto the next members meeting's agenda, a director will make a post in the Official Announcements category linking to the pitch.

The goal of this policy is to alert the membership if there's any pitches.
