The maximum amount of time for any talking point is three minutes of talking and five minutes of discussion.

The maximum number of topics one person can table per meeting is three topics.

PROXIES ARE NOT SOLICITED FOR REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE MEMBERS


Meta reguarding official/unofficial meetings, appropriate times, places, and group sizes


Solo: weetabix 3 minutes.

  • Overview of official vs unofficial. What is a "meeting" anyway?
  • Concensus, cross sections, and consultation. Concensus Democracy!
  • Why I (personally) will be becoming a huge cranky fsck over this subject.


Aquaponics Rules and Regulations

Lead: Donna time: 2 min

  • Discussion of what can and cannot be done in Protospace when developing aquaponic and hydroponic projects;
  • Overview of CPAA activities and how our projects can impact on their facilities.


IT

Lead: weetabix

Spacial Reorganization

Lead: Ben Reed

Time: 3 min

  • We've recognized that our space is being used inadequately, we want to fix that
  • Numerous ideas have been tossed around with the new layout in mind, they must be discussed quickly
  • Pick a date for the reorg


Robotics Workshops

Lead: Ben Reed

Time: 3 min

  • Outline the benefits of having Thursday night robotics workshops
  • Discuss the potential involvement of the WCRS


Pick 'n' Place

  • Supposedly this is not yet a unanimous decision, it must be talked through


Workshop Mobilization

  • Quick brainstorm about workshops and how focused we are in making them happen.


Projects and Kits

  • Need to come up with plans for kit's / projects that Protospace can use to market itself/make a little cash?

  • This is coming up in a week from the meeting and we have not solidified plans.
