Weetabix Needs

1 I need a group of 3-4 people + 1 director to "advise" me with mailchimp, so we can a: get it running and b: so we understand the implications of using it at a director level. If you think this sounds weird, thats why I need you to pay attention.

2 I need 1 - 2 other people to be willing to get on a mailing list with me and toaster, in a junior capacity, so we can enact IT better. Id like IT minded people (joining to learn is also cool, you wont count towards the people id need) but we have to agree to agree early on. Youll need to be willing to take on the mail load, and you need to be aware toaster and I disagree sometimes.

3 Servers for in house IT - we are getting 2 or 3 servers that run on wall power, to put inhouse to run some IT and run some teaching labs. Id like one person to help me set this up and watch me work so its not "just me" doing this.

4 We need someone to compile a few specific lists of members, email addresses, etc, so I can start slowly building a database and an interface for it. You need to be good with lists and numbers. I am not.

5 OpenERP is a good thing. I want 1 -2 people willing to spend time out of their weekdays to help me get one rolling sexily.
