These are the instructions for members to collect their email.
There are two strains of email, director and member
Director instructions ++I will designate like so. Directors are *required* to follow those rules.
All email servers are "protospace.ca"
The server type can be pop or imap. ++IMAP only can be used.
Connection type should be SSL. ++SSL required.
IMAP is 143
IMAP SSL port is 993
SMTP is 25 or 563
SMTP SSL port is 465
Your username is nickname@protospace.ca or something similar. ++firstname.lastname@protospace.ca. You may also have an aliased nickname for unofficial email. The password is given to you privately.
webmail is available at [1] (no trailing slash)
