Usage
How to use this template to add a new piece of equipment: Back to list of Tools We Have

- Name: Name of the tool
- Make/Model: Make/Model of equipment
- Serial Number: Serial Number (if applicable)
- Original Owner: Original Owner/Donator
- Loan Status: Short-term loan, semi-permanent loan, or donated to Protospace
- Arrival Date: When the equipment showed up
- Location: Where one can find the tool/where it belongs
- Functional Status: Is it functional or does it need fixing (supplement with notes in comments if so)
- Usage Permissions: Private, Ask Owner First, Open to Full Members, Open to Members & Friends, or Open to All
- Certification: Self-Taught or Certification Required
