This is the criteria for a space. Most should be met.

1. Disinterested Landlord
2. Cool Neighbors, non-residential preferred
3. Affordable on membership fees alone (roughly $1500/mo)
4. Accessible via transit, because most members won't have cars
5. Bathroom mandatory
6. Kitchen preferred
7. Some parking available, because some members do have cars
